Today it was the 46th match of ODI 48 World Cup 2019. The first semifinal was played between India and New Zealand in Old Trafford, Manchester on 10 July 2019. The match was arranged yesterday but due to rain, it was stopped. Yesterday, New Zealand won the toss and elected to bat first against the Indian team. New Zealand won the match by 18 runs and qualified for finals.

Henry Nicholls made 28 runs and he made a partnership with Captain Kane and collected 68 runs. Kane completed his 39th half-century yesterday. Captain Kane was fortunate to make 67 runs for 95 deliveries. Martin Guptill was out at 1. Ravindra Jadeja, Yuzvendra Chahal, and Hardik Pandya got one wicket each. James Neesham was out at 12 runs. Ross Taylor was the highest run scorer and he got 74 runs for 90 balls. He got his 50th ODI half-century. Bhuvneshwar Kumar was lucky enough and took three wickets by giving 43 runs.

Santner got 2 wickets. 6 wickets were down after making 92 runs. Then Dhoni and Jadeja came on the pitch and played very well. In the 39th over, the team was on 140/6. Jadeja scored his half-century on 39 balls only. Jadeja made 77 runs today and Dhoni went back after scoring a half-century. The entire team was out at 221.
